Why a glass wall is a scheduling decision
An operating theatre with glass walls cannot be quietly reused for a second patient while the first is still being closed. The architecture makes the schedule visible, which is a stronger commitment than a sentence on a website.
The director paints. That is not evidence of anything clinical and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is here because it is true, and because it explains why the corridors of this particular clinic look the way they do.
The question that gets a real answer
Ask how many surgical patients are booked on your date. It is not a rude question, and the way it is answered is informative even when the number is not.
