Corrections

If something published here is wrong, tell us what and where, and if you can, point us at the source that shows it. A confirmed error is corrected on the page with a note at the foot saying what changed. Nothing is quietly edited. This is the most useful email you can send us.

Clinics

If you are a clinic named here and want your record amended, send the correction with something we can verify and we will amend it. If you want your record removed, say so in writing: consent is yours, and withdrawing it takes the record down. If you want to be covered, read Editorial Standards first; coverage is not for sale, and asking to buy it is the fastest way to not get it.

Readers

We read everything. We cannot give medical advice by email, and we will not recommend a clinic outside what is published here, because a private recommendation is exactly the unaccountable channel this site exists to replace.
