Most of what a patient is invited to judge a clinic on cannot be judged: equipment lists, wall text, the confidence of the person doing the consultation. Scheduling is different. It is arithmetic, and you can ask about it in one sentence.
Why a glass wall is a scheduling decision
An operating theatre with glass walls cannot be quietly reused for a second patient while the first is still being closed. The architecture makes the schedule visible, which is a stronger commitment than a sentence on a website.
