Twenty-four years on the same Songpa street

A clinic that opened in 2002 and never moved has watched several waves of device fashion arrive and settle. That is worth more to a patient than any single machine in the room.

Aesthetic dermatology in Seoul turns over quickly. Clinics open on a device and close when the device stops trending. Club Miz Lamiche opened in Songpa in 2002 and is still on the same street, which is the first thing worth knowing about it.

What long service actually buys a patient

Dr. Joo Jong-ho, a Yonsei University graduate who trained at CHA Bundang Medical Center, has now watched several waves of device fashion arrive, get oversold, and settle into their real indications. A doctor who has seen the same faces over two decades knows how a treatment ages, which is knowledge no brochure carries and no new clinic can borrow.

Why the range of machines matters more than any one of them

A clinic that owns one lifting device recommends that device. Lamiche holds Ulthera, Thermage, InMode, Fraxel and PicoSure, and those work at different depths on different problems: tightening, resurfacing, pigment. Holding several means the answer to a slack jawline and the answer to sun damage need not be the same machine. That is the difference between a diagnosis and an inventory.

The point clinic, and who it suits

Alongside the main menu the clinic runs single concern visits: one line, an asymmetry, a tattoo, hair removal, a mole, a pre wedding appointment. For a visitor with a short stay and one specific complaint that is the part of the practice that fits an itinerary. Nothing here is designed around a patient who can return every week for three months, and the clinic does not pretend otherwise.

The honest note first

Lamiche’s public channels are in Korean. Language support is the thing to settle before travelling rather than on arrival, and interpretation is arranged rather than assumed. A clinic that has never needed to work in English is not a worse clinic, but it is a different logistical problem, and it belongs in the plan.
